Getting Started
- Complete and return the following two forms to
the school office:
- School tour and interview with the principal:
- We will contact you to schedule a tour and interview with the principal after
receipt of the Preliminary Enrollment Application and Statement of Cooperation
& Commitment
- An
Enrollment Contract may be offered after completion of the interview
- We will conduct a short placement test for all
new students entering grades one through nine
What to Submit After Admission
- Completed Enrollment Contract
- A registration fee of $150.00, to be submitted
together with the Contract
- Immunization records from a health care provider
- GVCA Handbook Acknowledgement form
- First month’s tuition
Kindergarten,
Home-Schooled, & International Students
- In addition to the above, please submit the
following:
- Kindergarten registration is held the Saturday
before the first day of school. We will contact you with your appointment time.
- Kindergarten students must be at least five
years of age by December 1 of the school year. Exceptions may be made for academically
advanced children. All kindergarten applicants must demonstrate age-appropriate
developmental maturity for kindergarten.
