Welcome to the Grace Valley Christian Center music ministry!

The purpose of the music ministry at Grace Valley Christian Center is to glorify God and to enjoy Him through song.  We hold to the infallibility of the Holy Scriptures and to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. We are group of devoted members with diverse talents dedicated to using their God-given instrumental and vocal abilities to prepare and lead weekly worship for the congregation.   The morning service worship consists of a selection of theologically rich hymns. The evening service is a blend of common worship choruses, music written by GVCC members and hymns. To see a list of what we are singing, click here.

The purpose of the music ministry at Grace Valley Christian Center is to glorify God and to promote the worship of God.  We hold to the infallibility of the Holy Scriptures and to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.  Therefore, the songs we have written sing of the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ. GVCC musicians have put together a number of CDs for listening and to aid in learning music written by church musicians.

Grace Country offered free public concerts at the following locations and times:
  
* - Thursday, July 3, 2008 in Winters, CA at the Music in the Park downtown Gazebo.
* - Friday, July 4th, 2008, during the picnic luncheon at Grace Valley Christian Center in Davis, California.
* - Saturday, July 19, 2008, at the Dixon Lambtown (Dixon, CA)

Christmas and Easter Choir

We gather as a group about two months before Christmas and Easter to prepare special songs to sing in worship during these special times. Grace Carolers

As people have done for hundreds of years, GVCC members gather to sing sacred Christmas carols in the city of Davis and its environs during the Christmas season. We usually sing at the Davis Downtown Holiday Celebration, Davis Farmer’s Market, Sierra Convalescent Hospital as well as other locations. If you would like to learn more, click here.
