Teachers

The teacher is the pivotal person in education, not only because he or she can place before a child all of the wonder, complexity and grandeur of God’s creation, but because the teacher’s very life is a model of what the student must become. The best Christian teachers are constantly aware that they must be able to stand with the apostle Paul saying:

"Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me…put it into practice." (Phil 4:9)

Grace Valley Christian Academy has a faculty of qualified, experienced and dedicated instructors. Most of our teachers have been with the school from its inception in 1998. Maintaining a focus on the Academy’s mission and philosophy, the teachers challenge, encourage and care for each of the students, helping them to develop and perform to their maximum potential.

The staff supporting our principal and teachers is a key to Grace Academy’s academic success. The staff facilitates the learning process in many ways, such as copying and grading papers, art/crafts preparation, aiding with one-on-one learning and stocking supplies. The teachers are then able to focus their efforts on their primary job of teaching.
