Application Process
Thank you for considering Grace Valley Christian Academy (GVCA).
- To begin the application process:
- Complete and return the following 2 forms to the school office:
- Preliminary Enrollment Application
- Statement of Cooperation & Commitment
- Complete an interview with the principal:
- The school will contact the applicant to arrange an interview with the principal once the two forms are returned.
- Applicants may be offered an Enrollment Contract upon the successful completion of the interview.
- Complete and return the following 2 forms to the school office:
- If an applicant is selected for enrollment, submit the following:
- A completed Enrollment Contract. A contract signed by the applicant’s
parent(s) or guardian(s) is required to finalize enrollment. - A registration fee of $150.00. This fee must accompany the Enrollment Contract.
- Applicant's student records:
Public and Private School Students - GVCA administration will send out the form to obtain student records. Complete and return the Request to Release Student Records form which initiates the records process.
Kindergarten and Home Schooled Students - Please forward to GVCA the following:
1. Applicant's Birth Certificate
2. Applicant's Social Security Card
3. Report of Health Examination for School Entry form
4. All relevant grade reports or student evaluations
- Immunization Records from a health care provider.
- GVCA Handbook Acknowledgement Form - This form is located inside the GVCA Handbook that should be provided along with the Preliminary Enrollment Application.
- A completed Enrollment Contract. A contract signed by the applicant’s
Once the enrollment process is completed, the applicant is formally enrolled in Grace Valley Christian Academy and may attend class upon receipt of the first month’s tuition.
